How to Blog With Word 2007
Do you get tired of having to log into your blog, go to the admin panel and create your blog for the day? Or do you want to be able to work on it when you don’t have internet access, and then publish it later on? Well, thanks to Microsoft, it has become very easy in Word 2007.
We will begin by starting a new document and selecting the ‘New Blog Post’ from the list.

Before we can begin blogging, we need to setup our account in Word. Select the blogging service you use, for me I use WordPress.

Depending on your blog service, you will have slightly different options. For WordPress we have to provide the ‘Blog Post URL’, ‘User Name’, & ‘Password’. You can choose whether or not you want your password to be remembered. If you don’t, then you will have to enter it every time you post to the blog. That is it, now you are ready to create your blog posts.
You will want to pull down the list of categories from your blog, otherwise you will have to go online before publishing your article. This can be done by selecting the ‘Insert Category’ option from the ribbon toolbar. This will give you a dropdown list of all the categories that have been defined on your site.
